This takes into account the specific circumstances of usage demands, location and position.
As an external piece of equipment, no matter how effectively we protect motors, control units and external working parts these are still susceptible to the elements, the garden environment, traffic and human intervention.

We offer maintenance contracts to existing systems upon inspection
Maintenance Contracts
Our Automation Maintenance Servicing includes
- Checking the mechanical operation of the electro-mechanical operators and adjusting where necessary
- Checking all electrical connections are sound
- Checking all weather seals and re-sealing where necessary
- Testing the safety and operational signals are working correctly (when codes are available)
- Lubricating all moving parts and pivot points
- Checking for wear and tear, so as to catch a fault before it becomes a problem
- General cleaning and removal of debris from all parts of the system
Maintenance contract customers receive four no-charge call outs in their contract period. An engineer will attend the premises at no charge between maintenance visits for assessment and onsite repair
Your maintenance contract gives you the peace of mind that we will be on hand to troubleshoot all manner of difficulties you might encounter with your system. From power failure resolution, electronic parts malfunction (usually pesky slugs – seeking warmth!) programming glitches, entrycode reprogramming your GSM systems as your needs change. Gate automation is a complicated system and can be susceptible to gremlins here and there.
